Information you choose to share

When you contact Dwell PM through this website, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, property address, rental timing, and message. We use it to respond to your inquiry, discuss our services or rentals, and follow up on your request.

How the website works

Vercel hosts this website and may process technical information, including IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect it. Sanity provides the public website content. Resend delivers contact-form emails to Dwell PM. These providers process information as needed to provide their services. We do not place advertising trackers on this website.

Property map

The rental map loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap. Your browser sends technical information, including your IP address and the page requesting the map, to that service. The map shows property locations and does not request your device’s location. See the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy for details.

Applications and client portals

Rental applications and owner and resident accounts are handled by Buildium on its own website. Information entered there is subject to the applicable Buildium and Dwell PM application or account notices. Links to listing websites and other external services are governed by those services’ own policies.

Your choices

You can contact us by phone or email instead of using the form. To ask about information you’ve shared with us, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop nonessential follow-up, email contact@dwellpm.co. We may need to retain information for an active service relationship, recordkeeping, or applicable legal obligations.

Keep sensitive details in the right place

Please do not send financial account details, Social Security numbers, passwords, or identity documents through this website’s inquiry form. Use the secure application or client portal when requested.
